• Balloon Loans:  These loans have a fixed rate of interest for a fixed amount of time.  When the fixed amount of time has passed, the loan is re-written and refinanced at the current market rate. 
• Fixed-Rate In-House Loans:  This DFCU loan has a fixed interest rate for the entire term of the loan. 
• Construction Loans:  This type of loan is for those members who are building a new home.  This loan will allow members to combine a construction loan along with a long-term mortgage loan.
• Home Improvement Loans: DFCU can offer some of the very best Home Improvement Loans.
• Mobile Home & Modular Home Loans:  DFCU has loans available for purchase or refinance of a mobile or modular home with land. 
• Home Equity Loans:  Put your house to work for you!  Apply for a DFCU Home Equity Loan
• Home Equity Lines Of Credit (HELOC):  Use our Home Equity Line Of Credit for any type of expense that you may encounter.  It will be available when you need it!

Standard Loans:  Dakotaland Federal Credit Union offers long-term programs that are always serviced right here at our office, (from start to finish)!   15, 20, and 30 year fixed rate conventional loans.

South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA):  This program is available to those members who are first time homebuyers, or buyers who have not owned real estate in the past three years.  This loan is designed for new construction or existing home loans and is not available for refinancing your current home.  Substantial increases in qualifying income and home prices make this an attractive option for many borrowers.
