It's easy, it's fast, it's convenient, and it's free!  Call (605)353-1500 or toll free (800)440-7791 to access your account by touch-tone teller.  Please note that you will need to be assigned a Personal Identification Number (PIN) by one of our member service representatives in order to use Touch-Tone Teller.  If you have not received a PIN for Touch-Tone Teller, please contact any of our Member Service Representatives.

You will be greeted by our Welcome Menu.  Press the number indicated by each service for access to:

• 1:  For office & drive-up hours
• 2:  For credit union news
• 3:  For credit union rates
• 4:  To make loan calculations
• 5:  To apply for a loan
• 9:  To access your account

Touch-Tone Teller will guide you through the process.  If you want to access your account, you will press the number 9 and will be forwarded to the Primary Touch-Tone Teller Menu. 

What You Will Need
To access your account you will need:

• Your account number without the check digit
• Your PIN  (Personal Identification Number-assigned to you by the credit union-if you have not yet received your pin number call any of our Member Services Representatives.)
• The suffix number you want to access

For extra security, your PIN should be changed periodically.

Primary Menu
Press the number indicated by each service for access:

• 1:  For Balance Information (Shares, Loans, Certificates, Dividends Earned, Interest Paid, IRA Deposits)
• 2:  For Money Transactions (Transfers, Withdrawals, Loan Payments)
• 3:  For Account History  (See if a check has cleared, Share History, Loan History)
• 4:  To Use Account Services (Change Your Personal Identification Number)
• 5:  To Use Other Services (Office & Drive Up Hours, Credit Union News & Rates, Make Loan Calculations, Apply For A Loan)
• 9:  To Access Another Account
• *:  To End The Call

Suffix Numbers
The following are suffix numbers that you will want to know in order to access your accounts through DFCU's Touch-Tone Teller.

Shares:

• 1:  Membership Savings
• 2:  Secondary Savings
• 3:  Investor's Choice
• 4:  Traditional IRA Savings
• 6:  Christmas Club
• 8:  Escrow Accounts
• 9:  Checking Accounts

Loans:

• 1-8:  Installment Loans
• 9:  Overdraft Protection
• 50:  DFCU Visa Credit Card
  Suffix numbers may vary.  If you have questions, please contact the credit union.

You can also access your Real Estate Loan or your Business Loan via the Touch-Tone Teller and E*Teller.  Please contact our office if you do not know the suffix number of your loan.
