Payroll Deduction and Direct Deposit provide a safe, easy, and convenient way to deposit your money.  You can either sign up for a specified portion or all of your pay to be designated for automatic deposit to Savings, Checking, Christmas Club, IRAs, or loan payments. 

Retirement, Social Security, and government deposits can also be deposited automatically. 

Signing Up For Direct Deposit Is Easy!
Whether you want to direct deposit to your checking or savings, you will need to know Dakotaland's routing and transit number, #291479356.  This number is also known as an ABA Number. 

Sign Up For Direct Deposit Now!  Please contact one of our Member Service Representatives at any of our locations for the correct sequence of numbers whether you are depositing to your savings or checking account or review the examples below carefully:

Example#1:  if your account number is 1234-5, your correct sequence of numbers for any type of electronic transaction is 1234005 (savings deposit) or 1234095 (checking deposit). 

Example#2:  if your account number is 12345-6, your correct sequence of numbers for any type of electronic transaction is 12345006 (savings deposit) or 12345096 (checking deposit).
(Please note:  An electronic transaction could be any payment made automatically through your payee, financial institution, telephone, or website.)

Allocating Funds to DFCU Accounts/Payroll Deduction
Once you establish direct deposit with your employer or other payment provider and the funds are being sent to Dakotaland, you can allocate the funds to your various Dakotaland Accounts.

Using E*Teller, you can set up recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly automatic transfers to your other accounts.
