If you're looking for high rates, easy access, and federally-insured security for your savings, the DFCU Investor's Choice Account is for you. Unlike certificate accounts, your DFCU Investor's Choice Account is completely flexible. You can make deposits and withdrawals anytime with no penalty. You even have optional access by check.

*Federal Reserve Regulation D limits total phone, fax, audio response, and PC Branch transfers or withdrawals from all savings accounts to six per month unless going towards a loan payment or a DFCU Check payable to you. Transactions made at any of our locations, or through the mail are unlimited as are deposits into your Investor's Choice Account.

As the money in your DFCU Investor's Choice Account grows, you'll automatically earn a higher dividend rate. Here are the tiers:

Safety & Security

DFCU's Investor's Choice Accounts are federally insured along with your other DFCU Savings up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a U.S. Government Agency. Additional aggregate coverage is possible depending on how you structure the ownership of your family's accounts.

Convenient Access To Your Account

You can access your account 24 hours a day using DFCU's E*Teller, Touch-Tone Teller, or any DFCU ATM. You can also access your account at any DFCU location and make deposits by mail.

When you direct deposit your net pay, Social Security, or pension into your DFCU Checking Account, you may want to regularly transfer some of this money into your Investor's Choice Account. It's easy. You can set up automatic transfers on E*Teller. It's a great way to pay yourself first and make your money grow faster.
