This type of loan is for those members who are building a new home. This loan will allow members to combine a construction loan along with a long-term mortgage loan.

• Mobile Home & Modular Home Loans:

DFCU has loans available for purchase or refinance of a    mobile or modular home with land.

South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA):

This program is available to those members who are first time homebuyers, or buyers who have not owned real estate in the past three years. This loan is designed for new construction or existing home loans and is not available for refinancing your current home. Substantial increases in qualifying income and home prices make this an attractive option for many borrowers.
